Can you offer Yorkie a new home?
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Age: 3 years 0 months.
Time with us: 3 weeks.
Introducing the most handsome boy, Yorkie.
Yorkie found himself here at the animal home after living as a stray. Vets suspected he got in a few scraps hence the lack of fur on his face, but after being here for a few weeks his fur is already started to grow back, but we are unsure yet if it will grow back fully.
He is a sweet and affectionate boy who loves human company and is always meowing at the window for attention when he sees someone!
He will avoid the cats here in the cattery but if they are aggressive towards him he isn't afraid to hold his own, so because of this we think it would be best for him to be re homed as the only cat.
He is very friendly and has never so much as swiped at us, but he is quite independent and isn't a cat who enjoys being picked up or fussed all the time so we think that he would be suitable living with adults only or older children who will give him space when he wants it. Although, families with younger children who have experience with cats will be considered.
Yorkie is such a lovely boy who would love to find his forever home where he can settle into the luxury of living as a pet cat rather than a stray. We would love to see him go from rags to riches with his new human family.'
