Can you offer Tigger a new home?
Age: 1 year 1 month.
Time with us: 12 weeks.
Tigger is an inquisitive/ laidback young male Lionhead rabbit that came into our care with his brother (Bob) due to accidental breeding. He has been at the centre since 11.09.21! Tigger is energetic and very inquisitive, but also has a more laidback nature than his brother Bob, anything & everything has to be investigated, & scent marked, a youngster who needs to be provided with a range of exciting enrichment & plenty of space to keep him content. Tigger does tolerate being held, but for only a limited amount of time, he is progressing well with hand feeding & interacting more with staff. Tigger could be rehomed with a neutered female of a similar age (to be bonded slowly), calm children of primary school age (ideally who've experienced owning a rabbit before). Ideally we would like Tigger to be rehomed with experienced owners, who are knowledgeable in caring for rabbits, 1st time owners who are interested in him need to be well researched in rabbit welfare, care, and behaviour. Tigger needs to live in large outdoor accommodation where there is plenty of enrichment & space for him to explore, binky, bop, & play all day long. Tigger is castrated, fully vaccinated, and is microchipped.
** Tigger will experience problems later in life with his teeth, due to poor alignment, so will need more dental work as he ages, please bear this in mind if you are interested in rehoming him **'
