Can you offer Opal a new home?

Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Colour: White
Sex: Female
Age: 4 years 1 month.
Time with us: 6 weeks.

This beauty is Opal. She was found living as a stray and had been brought into us by one of our inspectors. She was a shy girl when she first arrived with us and nervous of us when we approached. However, a lot of fuss and a short while later she soon came out of her shell. She can't get enough of the attention now when it's given and is a really sweet girl. She likes to explore and makes this her first priority in a new environment before settling down for some fuss. She occasionally enjoys playing, but is more partial to relaxing in the sun as she's a quieter, gentle girl. She's unsure of being handled and while she's not nasty, she may be wriggly until she's put down.
Opal would prefer to be the only cat in a household, however we've found that she'd be suitable to live with another laid back cat or a kitten as these are ones she's been friendly towards at the home. She would also be best living with slightly older children as she can be timid in loud environments.
If you're interested in adopting Opal please feel free to fill in an application form or call us to enquire.
