Can you offer Momo a new home?

Momo has for many months lived in foster care as she struggled with life at the shelter. She then had two unrelated kittens - Plum and Pudding join her in foster care. All three get on so well with the kittens seeing Momo as their Mum. For that reason we would ideally like all three to stay as a family unit but if not for Momo to be rehomed with other cats.

Momo came into our care after being found living on an allotment with a colony of cats. She was very scared and did not take well to shelter life so it was decided to place Momo with one of our foster families. It has taken many months to win Momo round and there is still a little way to go, but she has come along way.

Momo is a very gentle sole who is now getting to grips with life in a home. She was joined by Plum and Pudding a few months ago and this has really been a turning point for Momo. They play together, chase each other around the house, eat and sleep together. The kittens love to snuggle up to Momo and in turn she likes to watch the play and she herself learns from them.

She is still a little unsure about being stroked but does like a little nose rub and head massage. She does like to be stroked with the stick part of a stick toy so I think over time and with a little patience she will get there. Momo does like her sleep - we think she is at champion level for sleeping. When Momo goes to sleep she likes her two favourite toys as a cushion under her chin so these will be included in her adoption package! Momo also likes to sit quietly and observe what is going on around her. In her foster home she likes to sit and look out the French windows and as we know she previously lived outdoors so would love a forever home with a garden.

If it is not possible to keep the family unit together we think Momo would benefit greatly from being rehomed to someone who already has one of more cats.
