Can you offer Storm a new home?

Storm joined us with her two kittens as their previous owner was no longer able to care for them. She's a quieter lady who does take to hiding away for the most part, but is keen to pop out of her hiding space to greet people and have a fuss. She really likes being around people and mostly hides away when she's not.

We're not sure how Storm is with other cats at this time but she may tolerate another cat in a home given a sensible introduction. She'd need a quieter home, ideally where someone's home a fair bit. She'd need access to the outdoors once settled.
