This sweetheart is George. He joined us as he was overwhelming towards older dogs in his home. He’s a nervous guy who certainly takes to women faster than men, but does warm to both after some familiarity. He’s yet to feel settled in our care but in moments when he has felt settled he is a happy boy who enjoys attention from people. He doesn’t mind a cuddle, is starting to enjoy his walks and feels most comfortable around other dogs when out and about.

While he does enjoy the company of other dogs, we would prefer a home without other dogs due to the reason he joined us, though we may consider applicants with other dogs based on a few meets. He could otherwise have many doggie friends outside of a home. As he can be timid around lively and loud environments, we would be looking at a home with children no younger than teenager age.
