Meet Bert! Bert is a shy but sweet boy looking for the perfect retirement home. Bert came in with another dog and takes the lead from them so we think he would love a canine companion who can show him the way. Bert likes to wrap himself up in his blankets which we all find adorable at the centre and we think he is waiting for another dog to share his blanket with. Bert will need his owners to be patient as he can take a little while to warm up. Once he has, he loves his sniffy walks and to parade his teddies around.
Bert needs a calm home with dog savvy children of high school age. He can live with cats. Knowledge of the breed would be ideal.
