Meet Loki!

Loki is an adorable, funny boy who charms everyone he meets! He is initially a bit timid and needs to 'assess' situations before he bounds into them with his gangly puppy legs. It doesn't take long for him to come out of his shell!

Loki loves pouncing on squeaky balls, and will try to carry multiple toys around at the same time. He loves his trusted humans, but can also be quite independent. Loki is very much a puppy that hasn't been given the right guidance, he is nippy and mouthy especially when overstimulated, he responds well to treats... he is also a Malinois cross, therefore he really NEEDS someone with experience with this breed, while he is goofy like a Labrador he is "wired" like a mali and won't thrive in inexperienced hands... though with the right owners he could thrive and be a brilliant dog.

Loki has lived with children previously and didn't "gel" with them, so we need him to go to a child free home, with ideally no visiting children under 14. Loki also can't live with cats, but could live with another dog which we think would be beneficial for him. Ideally, a dog that is tolerant and can help to teach Loki some boundaries with some corrections.

Loki is a high energy dog and still a pup, so will need training and a lot of exercise and mental stimulation. We think Loki would benefit from training classes and maybe scentwork or agility classes.
