Joey had been found along with his siblings Ross and Phoebe, scurrying around on a road trying to avoid traffic. It's unknown how they'd come to be there, but it's evident they'd been well handled previously. They're timid, but they're soft natured and would make loving kittens in a patient, loving home. They're happy to be around people and come out of their shell with some persistence.

Ideally Joey would be rehomed with Ross, though we would consider separate homes where there's a resident cat/cat-friendly dog that he can find comfort in. They would be best in a home with cat-savvy children. We would consider an indoor only home for these, given there's plenty to do.
